The hotel has nice big showers in the rooms, but the bagged breakfast was not as portrayed. The pool and exercise room were closed during my stay. Check-in process had food I enjoyed, and the morning staff provided top-notch customer service. The location is excellent for shopping and access to nearby attractions, though dining options were average due to early closure of Krispy Kremes.
The hotel rooms had some cleanliness issues like hair in the bathroom and dust around the room, but the location was convenient and quiet. The service was perfunctory, and the dining experience was good despite some handling concerns. The facilities need some sprucing up, but the proximity to attractions is a highlight.
The hotel had a comfortable king-size bed but an uncomfortable sofa bed. The room was modern and clean with a fridge and microwave, but we had to change rooms due to issues with the heater and toilet. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and eateries. Our girls' mom/daughter weekend stay at the hotel was very nice and comfy. The rooms were a bit larger than expected and perfectly clean. However, we had trouble with the toilet not flushing properly and experienced some noise from the nearby highway.

The hotel struggled a little when the temperature passed 90°F, but my room was equipped with a whirlpool bath and had everything I needed. It was just okay; they need some work and updating.
